Orders & Purchases

Exchanges & Returns Within 14 Days

The product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including its original packaging and accessories, where applicable, unless the reason for the exchange or return is a product defect or the product does not match the agreed specifications.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact Joly Accessories as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos showing the product and the issue.

Once the case has been reviewed, the appropriate action will be taken according to the nature of the issue and the customer’s applicable legal rights.

Used or Damaged Products

An exchange or return may not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or is no longer in its original condition.

This does not affect cases where the product was defective upon delivery, did not match the agreed specifications, or where the customer has other rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges & Returns

If the exchange or return is due to a confirmed product defect or an incorrect item sent by Joly Accessories, Joly Accessories will cover the applicable shipping costs related to the exchange or return.

If the product is in good condition and the exchange or return is requested due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the applicable shipping costs, subject to applicable consumer protection regulations.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and the return request has been approved, the applicable refund process will begin.

Refunds will be processed using the available method according to the original payment method and the procedures of the relevant payment provider or bank, where applicable. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

Order Cancellation
